Child Support Agreements enable separated parents to record their agreement regarding child support arrangements. A Limited Agreement is a way of recording your Agreement relating to child support. It is flexible and can be reviewed every 3 years, or when the income of the parties changes by more than 15%.
They are not as irrevocable as the Binding Child Support Agreements, with either of the parties able to terminate the Agreement after 3 years by notice in writing.
Our template provides you with a complete agreement that you can edit to suit your circumstances. You can also add clauses as required. There is information in the agreement on legal advice requirements and instructions on how to use the template.
