Upgrading

Yes, you can upgrade at anytime. If you attempt to access a resource that is not within your membership level the site will serve you with a message to upgrade to a certain level if you wish to access that resource. You simply select why upgrade & complete the payment steps.

Keep in mind you need to be logged in to view the Why Upgrade? page.

Resources

Great question! Expert site content can be found in the upper navigation tabs titled Starting Out, De Facto Partners, Relationship Breakdowns & Rebooting. Depending on your membership level you will be able to access all or part of this content. You must be logged in to view the entire article.

Our resources are located here. The resources are working templates, fact sheets and guides that are designed to help you build your personal knowledge.

You have to be signed in to download resources using the grey "View Resource" button at the bottom of each individual resource page. If you don't see this it could be due a caching problem with your browser. It's very rare, but if you do experience this, the solution is to use a "hard refresh" when you're on the document page. Here's how to do this on a Mac & PC.

Here you force your browser to bypass the cache on your computer and re-download everything for the web page you are viewing from the server. This will typically ensure that you’re viewing the most recent version of the page.

If the hard refresh doesn’t work, other alternatives are to delete the entire browser cache / history or to sign-in using a different browser.

The site has different views of our resources to help members find relevant content fast. You can:

  • Visit the Resources tab from the home page or you will be directed to the Resources tab immediately after login.
  • Use the Filters to select the resource type and topic from the full library of resources.
  • Select Membership Level & you can view which Resources are allocated to each Membership Level.
  • Access directly from the resources area when you first sign in.
  • Providing the resource is allocated to your membership level or below you will be able to access it. Simply click view details and you will be shown more detail about the resource & its benefits. Scroll down the page & click view resource and it will download to your computer directly.

You need to be signed in to access our resources though. Simply check to black navigation bar at the top of any page to see if you are signed in.

We recommend you start by logging into the site via 'Member Home' and when signed-in search the Resources available. If you are wanting a particular resource & do not see it on the site please email us via contact@its-over.com.au

We also recommend you view each of the navigation tabs and read any articles that may be of interest there. At the bottom of each article we list a set of resources that may be of interest to members.

You need to set up your account & be logged-in to access these free resources. Go to the Resources tab & use the drop down menu to search for FREE resources then select search. The free resources appear.

Privacy

No, we don't rent lists, so your personal data is safe with us.

Payments

We use Paypal for processing credit card payments, so payment can be made from the countries Paypal supports. However, some countries aren't supported.

This is a message from PayPal processing & this is the reason they give:

"The error code in question refers specifically to a billing address mismatch. If the billing address does not match the address where the card statement is sent the transaction may be declined by PayPal. This is often caused by a recent move where the address on file has not been properly updated.

There is a possibility that the card is linked to your PayPal account (if you have one) with a different address and PayPal is using that instead of the billing address you entered. Please note that it is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card and the message refers to the PayPal credit card payment gateway".

To pay with your American Express card you must select the Amex option.

These problems are rare, but you may receive a notification from PayPal when you fill in the form if there is a problem with verifying your credit card information. The most common verification problem, is where there is a mismatch of addresses for the credit card. If you have anyother problems, please contact us and we will look into it straightaway.

When you first pay or renew a receipt is sent to you by Email from Paypal which is our payment processing service. The invoice includes our details for accounting purposes.

Members can also print an invoice from the Member Profile > Purchases and Receipts page when signed into the site. This option is available to all members.

We use industry standard 2048 bit secure encryption for transactions shown by the padlock in the browser bar. All payments are through PayPal & we don't store your details. You don't need to register with PayPal if you pay by credit card.

Passwords

You can find your password on the original email we sent to you when you joined the site. Alternatively, choose the "lost password" link from the Sign In page here.

You user name can be the email address you entered when you signed up if you did not create a username. Your password is the one you set when you joined the site. Remember your username can not be changed once you set it on your profile.

Our newsletter is aimed at giving members a summary of new resources, legal precedents, case law and other relevant information. It's especially good for members who don't have time to scan for this information every day.

We send our newsletter out monthly however, we have had some requests for more frequent emails. If you want to receive more frequent email from us you can do so by registering with our feed which is on Google Feedburner, we recommend it as a trusted service.

If you want to stop receiving email from us simply click the unsubscribe link in the footer of all emails.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time via Member Profile when signed in, you will retain your membership until your current 12 month membership period expires.

  • Free membership is FREE
  • Bronze membership is $99.00 per annum
  • Silver membership is $199 per annum
  • Gold membership is $299 per annum
  • Platinum membership is $499 per annum

This is a membership site and you need to join the site to access our content & resources. We do not automatically renew your membership. We will contact you at the end of your 12 month membership term and offer you an opportunity to renew your membership.

You can cancel your subscription any time from the member area and can continue to download resources until your membership ends.

As a Gold Member you can access & download approximately 75% of our resources. You can also access approximately 75% of the content contained in the sites navigation tabs and you have unlimited access to the forum. As part of your membership you are also allocated three FREE calls with a Listener.

As a Silver Member you can access & download approximately 50% of our resources. You can also access approximately 50% of the content contained in the sites navigation tabs and you have unlimited access to the forum. As part of your membership you are also allocated two FREE calls with a Listener.

Listener Calls

Our Listeners are people just like you. They are there to help. You must not swear, raise your voice or behave in an intimidating or threatening manner. We understand emotions can run high during relationship break ups but mutual respect is a prerequisite. If you behave in an inappropriate way, the call will be ended and be non-refundable. If you don't believe you were behaving this way please email use here.

Once you schedule a call and we confirm it with you, a listener will call you at the allotted time. We will call from a private number. If you do not answer we will make a second attempt within two minutes. If the second call is not answered the call will be marked as completed and is non-refundable. You can schedule another call here.

The Listener calls that form part of each membership level are part of an overall package. If you do not take all of your calls for any reason we do not refund any portion of your membership fee.

Guarantee

We offer a conditional 7- day money-back guarantee, although it's very rare for members to request this due to the range and quality of resources available!

We can't offer an unconditional guarantee as this would enable a new member to download all of our resources and then ask for a refund.

So, we do set one condition, that you can access all of the site tab content located in Starting Out, De Facto Partners, Relationship Breakdowns & Rebooting that is accessible to the membership level you have. Over the 7 days you can review the resources but if you download a resource you will void the 7 day money back guarantee.

Our Forum is a great place to share with others about your experiences. If you have restricted access to the Forum check your email. We adhere to our Forum rules strictly. You can't be rude to other members or be seen to be giving advice that could be construed as legal advice. If you don't believe you have behaved in this manner email us here.

Yes, our Community page is real and we value these conversations. We don’t seed in comments at all.
